We’re currently seeking licensed clinicians and Bachelor’s- or Master’s-level interns who are passionate about walking alongside individuals and families through life’s challenges—helping them find hope, healing, and lasting change.

Licensed Clinicians
We welcome licensed behavioral health professionals — including LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, and PsyD — who are passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families.
At The Well, licensed clinicians enjoy the autonomy of private practice while benefiting from the support of an established, mission-driven organization.
Licensed Clinicians at The Well Receive:
$1,000 annual Professional Development Stipend for continuing education, certifications, or supervision
Marketing & Referral Support (featured on our website and social media)
Administrative Support (billing, scheduling, and insurance handled for you)
Paneling Assistance (credentialing and insurance enrollment support)
Opportunities to facilitate groups and workshops
Peer Consultation Groups for ongoing professional support
Flexible caseload options to prevent burnout
Provisionally Licensed Clinicians
We also welcome provisionally licensed clinicians — including PLPC, LMSW, and LMFTA — who are eager to develop their clinical skills in a supportive, collaborative setting.
While we do not currently provide licensure supervision, we offer case consultation, professional mentorship, and an administrative structure that allows you to focus on growth while completing your hours with an external supervisor.

Internships at The Well
At The Well, we believe that learning through experience is one of the most powerful ways to grow. Our internship programs give students the opportunity to develop professional skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Whether you’re pursuing a degree in counseling, social work, or another field such as marketing, business, or community outreach, you’ll gain hands-on experience that makes a real impact.
Clinical Internships
Education is a cornerstone of our mission. We provide a supportive, hands-on learning environment for Bachelor’s- and Master’s-level interns who are eager to grow in the behavioral health field.
Our Clinical Internship Program Includes:
Weekly supervision and case consultation with licensed professionals
Opportunities to observe or co-facilitate sessions and groups
Participation in community-based initiatives and outreach projects
Mentorship and professional development tailored to university requirements
We’re committed to nurturing the next generation of social workers, counselors, and family professionals by offering real-world experience, meaningful guidance, and education-based supervision that meets university standards.
Beyond Counseling
Internships at The Well aren’t limited to counseling and clinical care. We also welcome students from other disciplines whose studies align with our mission to support families, promote wellness, and strengthen communities.

Nonprofit development and resource coordination
