Meet Anna

Anna Ramsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and hope. She provides evidence-based, relationship-centered care tailored to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Anna specializes in helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. She also enjoys partnering with parents by providing practical guidance and support as they help their children thrive.

Using a person-centered, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approach, Anna integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and play therapy techniques to promote healing, emotional growth, and lasting resilience.

Anna strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Her goal is to help individuals and families build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and flourish through every stage of life.

Before joining The Well, Anna served as a school counselor, providing individual and group counseling, teaching social-emotional learning, collaborating with families and educators, leading schoolwide behavioral support initiatives, and connecting students and families with community resources. Her school counseling experience continues to inform her collaborative approach to supporting children, adolescents, and their families.

Anna is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. She is committed to continued professional development and is actively pursuing the Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential to further expand her work with children and families.
