The Birth Chat: A Perinatal Support Intensive

Real Conversations. Real Support. Real Life.

Becoming a parent is one of life’s most profound transitions—filled with joy, uncertainty, and emotional complexity. The Birth Chat is a specialized perinatal mental health program offered through The Well.

Designed for expecting and postpartum parents who may benefit from more structured support, The Birth Chat provides evidence-based care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment challenges, and other perinatal mental health needs.

At The Well, we honor the whole person and the whole family. The Birth Chat offers a relationship-centered approach where healing begins through compassionate care, meaningful connection, and evidence-based support.
