Maggie Moor is a graduate social work intern completing her Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Clinical Social Work. She provides counseling services under licensed supervision at The Well: Family Support and is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding.

Maggie works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use concerns, stress, and difficult life transitions. She believes therapy should be a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Her approach is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative, recognizing that each person’s experiences and strengths are unique. Maggie incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, behavioral interventions, and strengths-based techniques to help clients develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and achieve their personal goals.

Maggie is committed to creating an environment where clients can explore challenges honestly, build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting growth and healing. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they navigate difficult seasons and discover new possibilities for their future.
