Hailey serves as the Administrative Assistant at The Well: Family Support, where she supports daily operations, scheduling, client communication, and resource coordination. She completed her social work externship with The Well in 2025, gaining hands-on experience serving individuals and families in a behavioral health setting.
Hailey’s long-term goal is to support families caring for children with terminal illnesses through advocacy, resource navigation, emotional support, and compassionate care. She is also interested in international social work and hopes to partner with communities around the world to strengthen family well-being and serve vulnerable populations across diverse cultural contexts.
Meet Hailey
Hailey Gallagher serves as the Administrative Assistant at The Well: Family Support, where she helps ensure individuals and families feel welcomed, supported, and connected to the services they need. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Social Work at Liberty University after earning her Associate of Social Work degree in San Antonio, Texas.
After relocating to Mississippi in 2024, Hailey completed her social work externship with The Well, gaining valuable experience working with individuals and families. That experience deepened her understanding of the social work profession and strengthened her passion for helping others navigate challenges and access meaningful support.
As one of the first points of contact for many clients, Hailey strives to create a welcoming, compassionate experience for every person who reaches out to The Well. She is passionate about serving others with kindness, empathy, and a heart for helping families feel supported from their very first interaction.
Outside the Office
When she’s not in the office, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, and continuing to learn as she works toward becoming a social worker. She also looks forward to opportunities to travel and serve others through international social work.
